As a Colorado native, Jodie has been pouring into our real estate industry and amazing clients for 20 years. Running a team of agents locally, and working alongside other PLACE Operators across the United States, she has been emersed in a wide array of real estate transactions from traditional real estate with residential, commercial and land transactions, investment advisement, construction management, property management, asset acquisition, and portfolio management. In addition to the work with her clients, in 2012 after obtaining her Managing Broker’s license, she committed herself to developing well rounded agents, on her team and at a brokerage level, to better serve clientele. Over the two decades she has been involved assisting thousands of individuals achieve homeownership, and hundreds of agents attain their goals in their businesses.
On a personal note, she is a mother of five wonderful children. She is also blessed to share her life with an incredible man, Kurt, who brings five more amazing children to their blended family. While 8 of their 10 are out of the house, they are dedicated to family time and building a legacy for all of children, and the generations ahead. They also love working on their property, learning, games, golf, pickleball, traveling and trying new adventures to experience.
